This is the big Spring Event for DRBC and a must attend if you love good food, fun and the dachshund breed. DRBC will have a mega booth which will be open all four days! Excited? So are we! Opening Day! DRBC Booth Activities 12:00pm - 3:30pm Come and see our new education booth. Complete with a retail section and featured guest we are sure you will have a great time. Featured today are:
Contest/Demonstrations *DOUBLE HEADER FRIDAY* Obedience Demo 12:30pm – 1:30pm Who
said doxies can't be trained? Not so. Come on out to this great demo
by the folks at Great Companions and see what it will take to get your pup to be the very best dog he can
be. Instructors will be available to answer all of your questions
following the demonstration.

Contest/Demonstrations Sommerfest Wiener Nationals
You will want to get there early for this must attend event. You have seen it on the internet, you've heard about it on TV and now, Sommerfest offers the doxie racing at its best. This event has it's own page so please click on the icon to the left to get registration and event details. Register early to insure a space for your champion!
Note: Vaccinations must be up to date on the date of the event. Applications will be accepted with vaccination appointments noted. Final paperwork by your veterinarian must indicate a vaccination date prior to the date of the event. Canine influenza is optional, but encouraged. Doxie Fun Day! DRBC Booth Activities 12:00pm - 5:30pm
Check in and learn the latest on good diets and the importance of vaccinations in veterinary care for 2010. Learn about the 'Vaccinations for Life' program that minimizes the number of vaccinations your doxie will need, while maximizing the protection they receive. This and more can be found in the health section at our booth. Featured today are:
Contest/Demonstrations Let's Dress Up and Party!
Who is the cutest, can dress most like their owner, has the best costume and much, much more. This fun event is a great way to smile into summer, so come on out and have some fun with DRBC.

Help us show off the best breed on the surface of the earth, or maybe, in the universe...our dachshunds! DRBC invites all our event winners and their families to lead the way as we show everyone on the Sommerfest grounds who is the best! Additionally, we ask that all doxie and doxie mix owners join us for this march. Let's help everyone understand dachshund pride!

Closing
Day! DRBC Booth Activities 12:00pm - 3:30pm
This may be the last day of the festival, but it doesn't have to be your last opportunity to visit with us and see what is happening at the booth. Did Homer, the wonder dog hit his fund raising target? Want deals await on this closing day in the retail area? Want to have a live discussion with us about fostering or adoption? We'll be in the booth for this and much more, so stop by and see us. Featured today are:
